Emery Meadow Solar Station received a Maine General Permit Authorization Letter from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers on 11/09/21. The letter indicates that the project conforms to the Maine General Permit and is permitted to proceed. We thank the Corp of Engineers staff for their diligent and timely review of the project.
